Upcycle an old formal dress by shortening the length of the skirt and the sleeves for a chic look! You could style a little black dress with a blazer in a bright or muted color.  Fabrics such as lace, silk, and tweed match the romantic theme of a wedding. Accessorize with a pearl necklace or gemstone earrings to complete the look! For gentlemen, take an old dress shirt and shorten the sleeves for a trendy look for outdoor and casual weddings! Another popular trend for men's pants right now is a higher hem. 

Family Vacation

For vacations, stick to lightweight and breathable fabrics in vibrant and light-neutral colors. For beachy vacations, try a crochet cover-up, skirt, or dress! Separates are also very popular this season. If you have a long dress that hasn’t been worn in a while, you could have it altered into a top and skirt or pant bottoms. For a fashion-forward look, you could make a top out of a scarf! Be sure to accessorize with sun hats and clunky sandals!

For farmers markets and carnivals, dare to be bold with trendy cut-outs in tops or dresses! You could shorten a pair of faded jeans for stylish shorts and pair them with a white T-shirt for a classic look! Floral prints are always a sweet summer sentiment as well.
