Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: When you add items to your cart, the system automatically calculates the shipping cost based on your zip code and the items you are adding. But we offer FREE shipping on all orders $150 or more, regardless of weight. Use the code FREESHIP150 at checkout.


Q: How long does it take to receive my finished clothing?

A: Once we receive your items, we promptly begin work on them! We ship your completed alterations back to you in as little as 5 business days from arrival* (*we are not responsible for mother nature, which sometimes has an impact on shipping delays)
