Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: When you add items to your cart, the system automatically calculates the shipping cost based on your zip code and the items you are adding. But we offer FREE shipping on all orders $150 or more, regardless of weight. Use the code FREESHIP150 at checkout. Please note that the shipping cost includes both the cost of shipping from you to our shop and shipping back to you.
Q: How long does it take to receive my finished clothing?
A: Once we receive your items, we promptly begin work on them! We ship your completed alterations back to you in as little as 5 business days from arrival. With shipping, most customers will receive their orders back in just under 2 weeks. Please note: we are not responsible for mother nature, which sometimes has an impact on shipping delays or delays from the courier.

Q: How do I ship my items?
A: After you checkout, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Print that out, attach it to your packed items, and send them to us!
The label can occasionally be mistakenly sent to your spam folder, so if you are unable to find your label please check there. Please give 24 hours for the label to be created, if you have not received it after 24 hours, please reach out to email@example.com.
Q: What is the custom page for?
